Target Audience: This app is perfect for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers who need flexible workspace solutions without the commitment of long-term leases, enabling them to increase productivity and work-life balance. Key Features: Easy Booking: Intuitive interface for users to search for and book available workspaces near their location or desired areas. Customizable Spaces: Options to filter by workspace type, amenities (Wi-Fi, printing services, etc.), and availability for either short-term or long-term use. Real-time Availability: Up-to-date workspace listings with real-time availability to ensure users can make informed decisions quickly. Ratings and Reviews: Users can review and rate their workspace experiences, helping others find the best locations. Notifications: Automatic reminders for upcoming bookings and alerts for any changes or cancellations.
In this project, we worked on two platforms catering to two user roles: vendors and buyers. Vendors can list their workspaces, input detailed information, and track their earnings, while buyers can browse available spaces, contact owners directly for inquiries, and rent the workspace for some periods. The main challenge was managing the large amount of data vendors needed to provide for their listing, while ensuring they had access to all necessary features without overwhelming them. We addressed this by presenting the data in a clear, minimalistic manner, ensuring both platforms remained user-friendly and easy to navigate.
