Stakeholder Interviews & Research: Developed user personas and journey maps to understand the unique needs of both pet owners and service providers. Engaging UI Design: Added fun gamification elements to keep users engaged and enhance the overall user experience. Service Provider Profiles: Service providers can set up profiles showcasing their services and staff, making it easy for pet owners to browse and select the right fit for their pets. Convenient Pre-Booking Feature: Users can pre-book multiple appointments at once! For example, if someone needs a weekly dog walking service, they can book all their appointments for the week in one go—super convenient for recurring services. Streamlined Booking & Payment: Customers can easily book services, select dates, and make secure payments directly through the platform. User Testing & Feedback: Multiple rounds of user testing were conducted, focusing on the booking flow, payment process, and gamification. Based on user feedback, improvements were made to enhance the platform’s usability and engagement.
